The 4th edition of Barcelona Shopping Night took place yesterday under the motto Viva Verdi! Es lebe Wagner! Music (opera, dj sessions, house...), dance, fashion and gastronomy met in six spaces of the shopping boulevard Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona and some adjoining streets, from 8 pm. until 1 am.

Bajo el lema Viva Verdi! Es lebe Wagner! ayer se celebró la cuarta edición de The Shopping Night Barcelona. Música (ópera, dj sessions, house...), danza, moda y gastronomía se dieron cita en seis espacios de la avenida comercial barcelonesa, Passeig de Gràcia, y algunas de las calles adyacentes, desde las 20 h a la 1 h de la noche. 

This year The Shopping Night Barcelona commemorated the bicentennial of two great composers, Giuseppe Verdi and Richard Wagner, so opera was the main night protagonist. A great atmosphere, famous people, photocalls, shops open until midnight and discounts... in a night full of glamour and style.

La cita de este año ha coincidido con el bicentenario del nacimiento del compositor romántico italiano Giuseppe Verdi y de Richard Wagner, el padre del Romanticismo, por este motivo la ópera fue la gran protagonista de la noche. Buen ambiente, famosos, photocalls, concursos, tiendas abiertas hasta medianoche y descuentos... todo en una noche llena de glamour y estilo.

This week, everybody is talking about the film of the moment, Hunger Games: The Catching Fire, and all the fashion lovers are excited with the Net-a-Porter exclusive capsule collection Capitol Couture by multi award-winning costume designer and Capitol stylist Trish Summerville.

The film delights us with amazing costumes. One of our favourite fashion moments in the film is starred by Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawerence) in the scene where she is wearing a wedding gown at her TV interview with the host of the games Caesar. The 30-minute film features Geraldine Chaplin in the role of Coco Chanel and will premiere at the Chanel Paris-Dallas Métiers d'Art runway show in Dallas, Texas, on Tuesday, December 10th, 2013 at 6:30 local time, and simultaneously on chanel.com.

During holidays we have a lot of events and parties. So brands are now showing their holiday lookbooks to inspire us. Tory Burch suggests soft colours and sharp black in its Holiday 2013 campaign, plus party dresses with embellished details, pleated and pale pink skirts and silk fabric. Its spirit and mood is the: "This season's styles are easy enough to run through the fields in... and chic enough for a night out". The campaign shows us glamorous and sexy looks for holiday parties and special occasions.

Last Saturday I spent the afternoon at the 8^th edition of REC.0 Experimental Stores in the Rec neighbourhood in Igualada, Catalonia (Spain). I heard that it had been a successful event in the previous editions, so I decided to check it myself.

Kate Bosworth and her husband Michael Polish were spotted in New York City recently. Kate wore deep freeze sunglasses, a cream leather sweater and a matching coat, both from her second capsule collection for Topshop, which was just launched last week. She carried a Burberry heart print calfskin bag and wore black strap boots. 

Kate Bosworth y su marido Michael Polish se dejaron ver por las calles de la ciudad de Nueva York recientemente. Como vemos en la fotografía, Kate lleva gafas de sol, un sweater color crema de piel y un abrigo a conjunto, ambos de su segunda colección cápsula para Topshop, que vio la luz la semana pasada.
