Normcore: is uncool the new cool?

What is Normcore? Is it really "the next big fashion movement"? Some say that it is anti-fashion, a synonymous of "uncool", a "stupid hipster trend", a new boring cool or unstylish people who dress with unfashionable clothes. Others welcome the idea and see it as a new way of being that "prioritizes self-identification over differentiation". But, what is it about? Let's clear up any doubts!
